Micon Components Ltd's obligation in the event of defective goods, damaged goods, failure to deliver goods, incorrect quantities or incorrect goods shipped will be to either, (a) Offer a full refund to the value of the goods or (b) Offer replacement for any goods of incorrect quantity, defective or damaged. Under no circumstances will Micon Components Ltd be liable for any consequential, direct or indirect loss arising from any such occurrence stated above. The total liability of Micon Components Ltd in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods.
In purchasing goods on this site you acknowledge that the contract between Micon Components Ltd and yourself is governed by and interpreted by English Law and that English courts will have jurisdiction in resolving any disputes.
