We have a wide range of high tech CNC vertical machining centres capable of producing quality parts to exacting customer requirements.

Micon Components has a very large depth of experience in the manufacture of CNC turned parts in a wide variety of materials. Our machines are equipped with bar feeds to ensure a swift turn-around time on jobs, this is normally a couple of days from order to dispatch. With our expertise, experience and quality control, any customer specifications can easily be met by our dedicated staff.

At Micon, we offer CNC precision milling using a range of multi-axis machines and a highly skilled workforce. We are continuously investing in new equipment. All machined components are subject to a first off inspection and then dimensionally checked throughout the manufacturing process based on a quantity-check ratio system.

CNC Machined Products

Shafts and threads

As well as CNC machining we also adopt more traditional/manual methods of machining for threading components such as studs.

Precision small parts

Components can be manufactured to specified tolerances as low as 0.02mm, we have sub-contract ISO accredited grinding services available when needed. Parts with a diameter of 50mm or less can be manufactured with a shorter lead time using the bar feed.

Pulleys and flanges

We can work up to 300mm diameter and currently we produce pulleys and flanges in mild steel, stainless and aluminium.
