U Bolts & Fasteners

We manufacture and supply a large range of industrial fasteners and components in any batch size.

We stock a range of thread rolling effective diameter material in both 316SS and mild steel. This allows for us to be able to provide quicker and therefore cheaper production of our U Bolts. Our standard size u bolts are kept in stock, and we aim to offer a next day delivery where possible. Larger quantities may take slightly longer. As well as U Bolts, we also produce J Bolts, Hook Bolts, Eye Bolts and various other bent components to customer specifications.

  • All U Bolts are produced in-house by us in our factory in Sheffield.

  • We have ISO accredited sub-contractors that coat our U bolts to the customers’ desired finish, for example Bright Zinc Plated, Zinc and Yellow Passivate, Galvanised or a painted finish.

  • Our courier will deliver UK-wide. If you are further afield, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

At Micon, we are equipped with bending techniques that allow us to bend U Bolts up to 24” between legs and 36mm diameter in various materials.
